• Project value: € 5 M - € 5 B

• Projects has to be with business plans and documentation approved, with eventual patent and with bureaucratic endorsements,

• Real Asset free from mortgages,

• Collateral: min 20% of the face value of the project, to be put in cash as Guarantee.

 

General criteria

• LTV: 20/80%

• ROI: 20+% p.a.

• TERMS: 3 - 10 YEARS

• INTEREST RATE: 4 - 6% P.O.A

• Preferred Location: GCC
