BTE also plays the role of coordinator of Company Partners of legal counseling alongside the issuing company for the implementation of compliance and for the preparation of documents required for the completion of various steps that will lead to the issue and, where appropriate, to the listing of securities.

 

By way of example, BTE may assisting the the offeree company in the drafting of the rules of the loan, in the implementation of the legal due diligence, in the definition and assessment of terms and contracts to be signed with investors and other market players, without forgetting the necessary documentation for the listing on the stock market.
