• ASSESSMENT

o         Planning - Before approaching investors, Entrepreneurs need to have clear, viable and executable business plans.

• MARKETING

o         Connecting - Connections with potential investors should be done by qualified introduction.

• DRAFTING CONTRACT

o         Negotiating - Once a connection has been made, the parties will to negotiate on the headline terms of a deal.

• DD

o         Evaluating - The Investors will carry out due diligence on the Entrepreneurs’ Company and proposal party, to make sure there is not any problems.

• AGREEMENT STAGE

o         Implementing - The Investors will propose investment documents (subscription agreement, shareholders' agreement etc) to the Entrepreneur.

• CLOSING

o         Completion - If all goes to plan the investors will complete the investment and the Entrepreneur can starting on developing its business.
